We want you to be happy with your Carezema products! Should you wish to return for any reason, please read our return policy below.

Return conditions

  • Return term: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Condition of the product: Due to hygienic reasons, we only accept unused and unopened products in their original condition.
  • Return Cost: The cost of return is for the customer. Please make sure the products are carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment.

How does the return process work?

  1. Login to your account: Go to our website and log into your customer account. Here you can submit your return request.
    • No password required! Enter your email address, and receive a one-time code to securely log in.
  2. Receive return label: Follow the instructions to receive a return label.
  3. Shipping: Deliver your package to the nearest post office and keep the shipping receipt for your records.

Refund

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Because we feel it is important to keep the cost to you as low as possible, we offer free shipping for orders over 60$ within Australia.

14-day right of return

Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can return your order at any time. We offer you a 14-day right of return if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason.
